For many years (five to be exact), the famous game-maker and host of the All Star Breakout Game, Library Olympics and more, Mr. Lemoncello has been building a secret building in the small neighborhood of Hudson River. No one knows what it is (except Mr. Lemoncello and his imagineers). Yet on the 25th Annual Gameworks Factory Company Picnic, 4 lucky kids will be allowed inside. But first, you have to go through a series of games to qualify, and also inside the secret building. With the guidance of Kyle Keeley, Akimi Hughes and the Lemoncello All-Stars, the 4 lucky kids will embark on a Lemoncello scavenger hunt, filled with riddles, games, puzzles and more! These games will test your knowledge through giant and dizzying versions of Snakes and Ladders, risky games of Boggle and lots of giggly fun! Hidden inside the new building, there is a Titanium Ticket. Each games will make the players closer to finding the Titanium Ticket, and finding it will make you become eligible for a prize beyond your imagination!
What I Thought:
I don't have a lot of favourite series', but for sure, Mr. Lemoncello's Library is on the list of my favorites! I absolutely enjoy each and every one and am constantly waiting for the next in the series. This is a series that is so mysterious, funny, and adventurous with puzzles that even you can solve — not many books have that interactive feature to it. I love solving the rebuses, guessing the emoji puzzles, playing along with the characters and, predicting what might happen next. But as far as the Lemoncello books go, there's no predicting! It's filled with unknown twists and turns that make it all the more exciting! Plus, there's an exciting BONUS puzzle in the book of which you can possibly win A PRIZE! And for extra motivation and thrill, the prize is amazing! (Not as exciting as Mr. Lemoncello's Titanium Ticket prize, but still :) Hope you read this book, it's amazing!
